These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and training provided by Social Grenade, including but not limited to online education, workshops, digital downloads, consulting, mobile and web applications, and access to the training platform at go.socialgrenade.com/training. By using our platform or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Work
Services and training are provided according to the scope outlined in your purchase, enrollment, or package. Any additional requests or customizations may result in added fees and updated timelines.
2. Participant Responsibilities Users agree to:
•Keep login credentials confidential and not share access.
•Complete coursework, modules, or action steps in a timely manner.
•Maintain respectful conduct in all communications with the Social Grenade team and community.
Failure to follow guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.
3. Support & Availability
Support hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. We aim to respond to emails or platform messages within 1–2 business days.
4. Billing & Payment Terms
•All course and training payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Subscriptions or recurring charges are billed automatically through our secure provider.
•Late or failed payments may result in account suspension.
•Accepted payment methods include ACH Transfer and Credit Card on File.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the payment and refund terms outlined at checkout.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our content and the immediate access provided, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in writing or covered under a specific program guarantee.
•Users may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice.
•Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
•Users will retain access to the platform until the billing cycle ends.
•No additional charges will apply after the cancellation is effective.
6. Content Ownership & Usage
•All materials, videos, templates, and resources are the intellectual property of Social Grenade.
•Users receive a limited license to use materials for personal or business use.
•Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any content is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in legal action and termination of access.
7. Access & Platform Use
•Access to training materials is intended for individual use only.
•Accounts are monitored for unauthorized sharing.
•Access may be revoked without refund for misuse of the platform.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information. By enrolling, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. All user data is handled in accordance with applicable laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other relevant data protection frameworks.
9. Data Deletion Policy

•Requests will be verified and processed within 30 days, unless retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).
•Data deletion may result in termination of services or loss of access to purchased content.
10. Results & Guarantees
Social Grenade provides tools, strategy, and education for your growth—but results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary depending on user effort, implementation, and market conditions.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of:
•Non-payment
•Misuse of materials
•Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Any remaining balances will be due immediately upon termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in a mutually agreed-upon jurisdiction.
